With version 2, all the form submissions will be logged on top rows sorted by date. Please select Version 2(or latest) while using the FormEasy library for new features.

Captcha validation is available through FormEasy version 2.
Looks like the field names are mismatched. Try to deploy this again with the right field names and use the latest deployed URL for sending requests and that should solve...
