I can confirm that macOS 11.5 and 11.5.1 now work with Cisco AnyConnect's packet filters in place and I can ping etc. without disabling them.

Has anyone else reported this issue on macOS Monterey? I think I'll wait to upgrade macOS until this issue is understood.

@macdaddy1944 please confirm: you tried uninstalling Lulu **_via its menu_** and reinstalling fresh and you still get "Error: Activation failed"?
