Improve compatibility

Replaced NativeHook patches with alternative BetterNativeHook solution so that other mods can also patch LoadFromName and RecordBattleArgs using the same mod. The source code for BetterNativeHook can be found [here](https://github.com/Balint817/BetterNativeHook).

Title. Just download the new version, started it, then decided I wanna organize my files... So I closed, then tried to move it to a different folder, but it said...

Not really an "issue", but this was the easiest way to let you know. For games that run with elevated priviliges (Genshin, for example), input tracking will only work once...
