Added option to scan broadcast QR Code.

Would like to be able to generate (in some other app) a signed transaction, and share the broadcast easily with Coinb.in for transmission onto BTC network.

Found it necessary to sign a transaction that wasn't generated using the builder. Moved the transaction input signing functionality into BTCTransaction and exposed it there. Tested: Downloaded an unsigned transaction...

... but it does have curl.
