ROM update failed on CX II T

Add navigo subscriptions and tickets and update the card image

I was thinking image dimensions does not matter as some cards have different resolutions and no transparency. But anyway I will remake a proper image tomorrow.

I think that everything is ok now, I also added more subscriptions and tickets types. I will maybe add more of them later in another pull request.
