'Home' link redirects to http://localhost:4000

When browsing the Azure Labs site, and trying to click the `home` [breadcrumb navigation](https://github.com/microsoft/azuredevopslabs/blob/11689f6d913eab907131c5b0f721fe4ab446b440/_layouts/page.html#L28), i get sent to `http://localhost:4000//default.html`. I'd submit a PR if I could access those `site` variables...
