It happens to me too, I can't play FTB Infinity Evolved right now.

TEXTURE_OPTIMIZATIONS striping issue

Disabling MIPMAP_FIX from falsetweaks.cfg and disabling Anisotrophic Filtering from OptiFine options fixed the issue for me.
