xochitl 2.5.0.27 No longer picking up the new image after download

Looks like in software version 3.5, there is no cache anymore on the `suspend.png` file.

UTM SE: iPadOS trackpad / mouse not working

This issue is resolved now, the iPadOS 17.6 update resolve the trackpad issue for M4 iPads.
