[Model] GPG error when build DLRM PyTorch preprocessing docker image

[Question] Low throughtput with our testing data.

Thanks @KingsleyLiu-NV , with this fix - the perf got improved ~2x with `batch size = 2048` - the profiling results seems better - the `model complie` stage becomes faster....
