How to reset the ngsticky header?

Code `angular.element().controller('sticky').resetLayout();` is not adding the place holder.

Sticky does not work in tabs

Refer to [#130](https://github.com/d-oliveros/ngSticky/issues/130) . It doesn't look like ngSticky is compatible with Angular Material.
