Updated GUI so Branch Parameter labels aren't cut off

Regarding issue [#76](https://github.com/friggog/tree-gen/issues/76), I moved the Branch Parameter labels to the top of each property so that they wouldn't be cut off.

Branch Parameter labels are cut off

The labels for the Branch Parameters section show up as 'Nu...', 'Len...' instead of 'Number' and 'Length'. I noticed this in Blender 4.1.1.
