user.mention 100% are not = to username. Because user.mention is , but username is 

  the username has one extra word `!`  It works. When I replace `username` to `(username.replace('!', ''))`

  add get_user_in_guild in utils.py, so listroles allow to use name, mention, user_id as an argument.

Same issue, im using wavelink 9.10 and discord.py 2.0
