Is ichoCNA used only for tumor-normal mode?

Hi @gavinha I ran ichorCNA for noth tumor-normal and tumor-only file. Tumor fraction I got for Tumor-only mode was very low compared to Tumor-normal mode. So Is ichorCNA not compatible...
