There are somethings in this PR that I like but I don't think there is a reason to change single quotes to double quotes.

This PR should contain new modules that it needs.

Let's not bump versions. Also, let's keep PR either upgrading existing modules or adding new ones, not both.

I prefer Standard JS Style.

Same thing. I had to roll back to ^13 to unblock my tests.
