Google fonts import through css files are broken;

input css file: @import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Roboto:wght@400;500&display=swap'); output css file: @import url("https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Roboto:wght@400; 500&display=swap"); Link now are broken.
