Feature request: Sortable headers in the Redirects tab

It would be useful to be able to click the "Old URL", "New URL", "Wildcard" and "Redirect Type" headers to toggle between ascending/descending sorting of the table.

While the module currently allows configuring which roles can access the NotFoundHandler Admin UI, I suggest introducing a more granular approach to access. E.g. We want one group of editors...
