Fix letterbox scaling

The old letterbox behavior changed screen width and height even after modifying screen scale, stretching the screen in a weird way. No option for black bars yet.

When running the Skybox example, the mountains appears on top and the sky appears below. Also, even after switching the textures, their rotations are 180 degrees off. I'm not sure...
