Hi, @karb0f0s, sorry, not yet, but I remeber about and will give feedback a bit later.

I can't use workaround with --no-build, because I need to pass /p:PlatformName, but with --no-build dotnet ef migrations uses default platform "Any CPU" which doesn't work in my solution. But...
