'NoneType' object is not subscriptable in rebuild_index function after manual index reindexing

the index rebuilt has competed. In my case 1. I get report.txt file with 3 indexes that need rebuilding 2. Rebuild one of these 3 indexes manually with REINDEX CONCURRENTLY....
