Can't add xkcd.com's rss

xkcd.com has a rss feed url at [here](https://xkcd.com/rss.xml) but I can't add it, it said it isn't a valid feed Why?

Normally markdown editor should support html tag but if you write some thing like `hi` it'll become something like this `<a>hi</a>
