So, this problem is also discussed [here](https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/issues/17702), and it pops out because of using jupyter notebook. In order to be able to run mnist.py(or any other) just convert the .ipynb...
va1102 have you figured out what else should be modified? If so, could u tell?
