Support for Batch Requests

Currently, Green Button Data gem only supports performing single, ad-hoc requests to Data Custodians. However, Green Button specifies [Batch API](http://energyos.github.io/OpenESPI-GreenButton-API-Documentation/API/#!/Batch) that allows clients to request data in bulk.
