Sharpen filter adds transparancy lines

When i use the sharpen filter on the canvas it adds on top and bottom a transparancy line. Saving as png the lines are clearly visible. Is this normal? thanks.

Does this also work for the MacOS (ARM) sdrsharp? And if so , how to install this. thanks

This happens when i see "loading plugins". Maybe this happens only when there is no SDR device connected( I am considering buying one).
