Hugging Face space duplicated only produces videos of max length of 6 seconds?

Hi, I duplicated the HF space and running with a A100 GPU seems that the maximum length of the video that can be generated is 6 seconds, any idea why?...

Google collab stuck on "building wheels for collected packages: mmcv"
