Update : As of today, the [tabGroups API](https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/reference/tabGroups/) launched in Chrome 89 still requires Manifest V3.
It feels a bit weird to set aside a single tab but it could definitely be done with a bit of refactoring from #19 indeed ! I'll check that out
