It is reproducing for me too. OS X. Always.

Content-Disposition header for binary downloads

The one more cause do something with `Content-Disposition header`: * if filename contains a letters (example: russian utf-8 letters) that outside the ISO- 8859-1 character set (see [RFC 5987](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5987), [stackoverflow...
