@zhengjs I found a solution: call `cudart.cudaSetDevice` from `cuda-python` before creating an NVCV stream. NVCV uses [`cudaStreamCreateWithFlags`](https://github.com/CVCUDA/CV-CUDA/blob/56a4d2a9285d650934a72bf327d901491127042e/src/cvcuda/util/Stream.cpp#L36) to create its CUDA stream.
