Android 14 has haptic feedback not working.
You need Sega CD firmware, then it scans the files.
Try going to the releases tab of lemuroids github and downloading the APK.
Don't use the builder, follow the instructions on the github, the builder is broken after 2023 termux update.

It's because the sm64port is designed to run lower than android 11, so the access to files is limited, so the code can't read the base,zip
