Dynamo was just updated to use 3,4 mesh indices on #1430
Latest version seems to have fixed the "locked up menus" problem. The crash on exit persists, and Avalonia people are looking into it, but they seem unrelated.
Added to #1187 as an extra bullet point. Closing this as duplicate.
