When using `convco changelog 24de213bde1593c875c3bfd2c124bd713e663297`, where 24de213bde1593c875c3bfd2c124bd713e663297 is the commit i want the changelog to stop at (it's my latest tag), convco still outputs all the changelog from the beginning....
