Hi Is EPM still supported. It seems to be what I'm looking for for a small project, but I'm having some trouble. Granted, I haven't spent too much time trying...

Broken environment state "STOPPING"

**Describe the bug** The environment is in a constant "STOPPING" state. No amount of restarting PC or Docker Desktop will change it. The container itself stops and starts just fine....
