G4 (Dwell) should not send action:pause / action:resume

G4 is used for brief pauses in movement during a print (e.g. Simplify3D makes a slight pause before bridging to ensure a solid connection). Sending action:pause suggests to controlling software...

This PR resolves #3 by showing all dates localised. Dates are converted to round-trip format in saved files for compatibility.

NMT tab shows localised dates, but the monitor tab is in fixed US MM/dd/yyyy format.

The value for the horizontal front porch was being used to define the vertical front porch.
