When pressing the down key on the keyboard, m_Lines[] goes OOB at line 652. Why?

UICitySelector are remaining.

Currently, no support exists. Ideally, this should let the user scroll the text up and down using the mouse.

Make it impossible (I.E send error to client) to create accounts with names containing "username", only numbers or obscenities.
