I tried it, it can be inflated in orbit, but the deflation is not smooth, and there is no change for a period of time. Only when I keep clicking...
@DarthPointer @gotmachine I found out inadvertently that it is pressurise successfully as long as there are Vessel equipped with liquid nitrogen themselves, rather than using kerbalism medium gas tanks.  Mod List
All of these options is set to 1 in Scatterer, then the problem is resolved. 
However, in normal conditions, the color will become a bit dark. 
And the problem with this color is randomly, may be different every time you open the game.
