 Happening on latest DEV version. At least you can hide it by clicking unavailable wargoals

Not worth fixing before release of Sphere of Influence by Paradox which has been planned and is going to introduce built-in bloc mechanic.

I'll leave it open for now if someone really wants to fix it.

 Oh boy, it indeed is possible. I'll try to create a script which will calculate all broken combinations
