Bugs: Jasmin Encrypter Has Stopped Working !

I have compiled it in my windows 8.1 machine as you described you in your video tutorials.When I click on the *.exe file it shows this message " Jasmin Encrypter...

Do I need to crypt my stub ? before using UAC-Escaper ? or after Using UAC-Escaper ? or is it totally remain fud without crypt ?.Please,Need help
