It is impossible to enter more than 4 digits in input, when thousandSeparator="," is used on input

Same issue here 17.0.4 works fine for me.

Added httpclient param to ApiConfig, set minimum .NET Framework version to 4.6.2.

Is there any possibility that this solution could be merged? We need this for testing and monitoring.
