Used [AzurePSCmdlet.PowerShellVersion property](https://github.com/Azure/azure-powershell-common/blob/8d70507d41a3698b5b131df61f14e329d7a6eb41/src/Common/AzurePSCmdlet.cs#L1000) to avoid duplication.
