The app only takes a few pictures in recurring mode before stopping, is this normal?

I'm running the app on an emulator in Android Studios currently and the app only takes 7 pictures before stopping the recurring mode. Why is this happening?

Basic Question about getting this project running

I cloned your repo to my windows machine. How exactly do we get the "RPGMakerDecrypter-cli" command running? Do I need to add the project's binary files to the path first?
