[Improvement] Imprint does not restore rolls

Imprint dont restore the rolled value. The tier stays the same but doesn't keep the roll.

Since Craftingtable options are avaiable and harvest now in core, could you add HarvestCraftOptions.dat aswell?

Multi Hidden Layer Support for nn.js

Tested on mnist and xor with default settings and multi hidden layers. Examples doesn't need to be rewriten. Does the same: NeuralNetwork(2, 4, 1) NeuralNetwork(2, [4], 1) For more layers...

The neural network files should be more organized. The community contributes really great features, but it gets a little bit messy in my opinion inserting everything basically into one file....
