Builtin Terminal not opened

I tried the `npm rebuild` trick on a Pi4 v1.2 and I'm still getting the same error, I even installed pty manually.

Thank you @makovez the `tf.compat.v1.disable_v2_behavior()` after import solved the issue in my case!
