OpenExo - Creating an account using Casper Wallet

Documentation for OpenExo to teach legacy wallet holders (other chains) how to set up their wallet using Casper Wallet.

This epic accounts for work done to refresh our `List CSPR` documentation and any new information necessary for exchanges with the Condor upate.

While there is sufficient auto-documentation on `docs.rs` for database storage, it would be good to have more plain English explanations for this info on our docs.

This ticket accounts for work done to assist with the Casper 2.0 whitepaper and edit same.
