thanks for your reply it is the (SR and SRblur Models)، then we can use EDVR with its powerfull motion estimation to upscale the video frames directly rather than ESRGAN...
@tirrorex i use it with mpc-hc normally here, and every thing look like ok, just make sure to use pixel shader 3 in mpc-hc
right click in mpc-hc... shaders...debug shaders... then chose ps3 and close the menu and yes mpc-hc with madvr here and this shader will not actually upscall to 4k or even...
i think you are totally right, like i said before this repo magically offer the best srgan implementation result i have ever seen, it still even better than Applying Waseerstein...

@bluewidy how did you get this result, are you add a DownSamplingLayer, or removing SubpixelConv2d and retrain the model
