Can not automatically change the wallpaper on Windows11 beta

OS Version:22621.232 Same problem. It seems that it can only change wallpaper on one virtual monitor unless by pressing 'Refresh Wallpaper' manually.

Foreground text too dark in widgets without focus (dark-teal theme)

The Tooltip also appears abnormal after upgrade. Although the text color has already been set to white, the test still looks grey. I have no idea how to correct it...
