NestedTensor相当于统计一个batch中所有图片，并且统计出这一个batch中最大的图片的w和h，并将其余的图片用0填充至这个大小，返回一个带有掩码的tensor，用以表示哪个位置不是填充出来的。可以在代码中修改使其不需要nested
