Still in PrusaSlicer 2.5.0 alpha 2 confirmed. And still very visible.  
It's not the seam, the "end to start point mismatch" won't show up as seam in preview. It's cause by the slicing algorithm, probably not possible to resolve by changing...

I'm not sure if this problem got fixed in the latest firmware or not, if so, this solution might be outdated.
I've talked to their customer support and he told me "Not sure if there was any need to improve the current MMU FW version."
