[Feature Request] Allow servers to dictate and enforce certain client settings

Would be nice to expose certain settings in the clients via the server config. - Tabbing to other peoples' cars - Auto-sync when modifying cars - Nametag settings - Etc....

There's no option to disable the copy protection feature on the server side

This is a dire oversight for server managers. It should've been toggleable on the server side from the getgo.
