To be redone after next AEA hotfix due to package inconsistencies between repo and registry
Need to resolve depended mess before merging.
We are on the verge of updating the AEA framework to use the latest Fetch.ai test-net `Stargateworld` which is compatible with Cosmos's Stargate update.

The fix for this bug is now in develop and will be included in the next release.
