Commands stop working after serviceManager changes due to empty currentWidget in addNotebookCommands

When the serviceManager changes, all previously registered commands become invalid. The root cause seems to be that in addNotebookCommands, this._tracker.currentWidget is null (empty), which leads to command execution failures.
