Lots of broken plugins, I fixed or removed a lot of them in my fork. The fix for the urban plugin is here: https://github.com/4poc/rbot/commit/57cf8fdcef3f4b815be7a2b059e64ea33899caaa
because `/usr/bin/ruby` is hardcoded in the shebang of launch_here.rb, this should probably be changed to `/usr/bin/env ruby`
